Facing the Roots (Trigger Mastery & Deep Processing): Stop just avoiding what triggers you and start breaking down why it triggers you. You will identify deep-seated emotional wounds and map out the hidden situations that put your progress at risk. You will build advanced body-calming habits so you can handle distress without running away or shutting down. We will directly address deeper layers of anxiety, depression, or emotional numbness that appear as your defenses lower. You will use mind-mapping tools to look closely at your thought patterns and rewrite negative head spaces.
Fixing Relationships (Repair & Smart Boundaries): Face the mistakes of the past and deliberately rebuild a healthy social circle. Through reflection and prayer, you will learn to figure out which family members or friends are healthy to bring back into your life, and which toxic environments you need to leave behind for good.
Finding Your Purpose (Future Planning & School): Move your energy away from just getting through the day and start focusing on your long-term goals. You will work through selected reading assignments designed to help you figure out who you want to be and what matters to you. This year puts a big focus on your high school education, vocational training, and planning out your future goals.
Expectations and Goals
Consistency: You must keep doing the daily routines that worked during Level1. What kept you safe and stable then is exactly what will keep you grounded now. Your success this year is measured by your willingness to stand up, face your past, and actively build a new life. No more hiding from the hard stuff. By the end of this year, your goals are to show a clear reduction in constant anxiety or alertness (hypervigilance), create a real plan for your school or career, and have a clear sense of what your personal purpose is.
