The Education and Workforce Development Center serves as the primary engine for academic growth, career preparation, and personal advancement at the Carpe Vitam Institute. The goal is to equip men and women with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to fulfill their purpose.

Academic Support & Degree Tracks: One-on-one tutoring for high school equivalency (GED) prep, undergraduate/graduate college coursework assistance, and structured study spaces designed to ensure academic success.
Workforce & Career Certifications: Hands-on skill development and industry-recognized certification programs tailored for both new job seekers and individuals advancing in their current careers.
Career Readiness & Placement: Resume development, interview preparation, and job placement assistance to ensure seamless re-entry into the workforce upon graduation.

Within your campus master plan, the On-Site K-12 School House serves as the dedicated academic environment for youth living on-site or accompanying their parents during the 3-year advancement program.
Leveraging the accredited Liberty University Online Academy (LUOA) framework, this facility merges flexible, self-paced digital learning with structured local oversight:
Accredited K–12 Online Curriculum: Utilizing LUOA’s Bible-centered platform, students receive a rigorous education across core subjects (English, math, science, history, and Bible) tailored to their grade level. Older high school students can also access dual-enrollment tracks to earn college credit or complete associate degree coursework through Liberty University while finishing high school.
Structured On-Site Learning Environment: Rather than working isolated in residential dorms, students gather in a quiet, dedicated schoolhouse equipped with workstations, high-speed internet, and academic resources. This setup establishes a daily routine, minimizes distractions, and fosters healthy peer interaction.
Proctored Guidance & Family Integration: On-site academic facilitators supervise students, track progress, manage schedules, and assist with technical needs. Because LUOA relies on active oversight, campus facilitators and parents work hand-in-hand to ensure assignments are completed on time, offering individualized support and encouragement for students who need extra help.
By pairing Liberty University’s structured, accredited curriculum with a physical on-campus classroom setting, the center ensures children and youth maintain educational stability and personal growth throughout the family’s recovery journey.

The Childcare Center provides safe, structured, and nurturing early-childhood care designed to eliminate one of the largest barriers to recovery and professional service—childcare instability.
Operating as an essential support hub on campus, the facility serves three key groups:
Residential Participants: Allows parents enrolled in the long-term residential program to fully immerse themselves in daily therapy, classes, and vocational duties, knowing their young children are safe and cared for nearby.
Outpatient Members: Provides temporary, reliable childcare while outpatient participants attend clinical therapy sessions, group recovery meetings, or higher education courses.
Campus Staff & Faculty: Offers on-site childcare options for staff, counselors, and educators, supporting employee retention and maintaining a close-knit, family-friendly campus environment.
The center features age-appropriate classrooms, secure indoor/outdoor play areas, and structured early-learning routines led by background-checked caregivers. By keeping families connected while meeting daily practical needs, the center fosters peace of mind and supports intergenerational healing across the entire Carpe Vitam community.
