Welcome and Visitation Center

 At the heart of the campus entrance sits the Welcome and Visitation Center, the secure gateway and first point of contact for all guests, families, and campus partners.

Designed to balance high security with a warm, hospitable environment, the Center serves two vital operational functions:

• Secure Access Control: This is the singular checkpoint where all external visitors must present identification, undergo background screening protocols, and receive an automated visitor’s badge. This badge grants timed, zoned electronic access to approved areas of the campus, ensuring the safety and privacy of the residential community.

• Family Visitation Hub: For families visiting loved ones enrolled in the program, the Center features comfortable, supervised greeting rooms and common spaces. This allows families to reconnect and participate in structured visits without disrupting the daily schedule, accountability structures, or security boundaries of the main residential dorms and clinical facilities.

By centering all check-in processes, security clearances, and public-facing interactions within this single facility, the rest of the campus remains a protected, low-distraction environment dedicated entirely to recovery and advancement.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed (Residents and staff access only)
