Podcasts For Women 

🚨 We understand that everyone comes from different backgrounds, different experiences and different ideologies. We ask that each and every person in the program be respectful of that fact. Some podcasts may express political or religious views that are strongly apposed by the viewer. We ask that if the podcast is not agreeable that it be viewed with an open mind. Everyone has something to offer, whether the speaker is too "country" or too "charismatic" they all have a perspective and an experience that we can learn from.  

💡For the rest of the program, there is autonomy in what podcasts can be watched. These are the available podscast to choose from. Like before, watch the podcast and then  write in the journal about the podcast that was watched. The purpose is to put something uplifiting on the brain.
